A message dated June 4, 1997, was received stating the Governor is             
transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies of the following                
resolution to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

Relating to proposed regulations of the North Pacific Fishery                 
Management Council creating a new discriminatory halibut fishery
